| About Gini Pearl
Gini Pearl is an expert in the art
of formal dressing, having over 30 years experience in
designing and making unique and exclusive clothes.
In the first 10 years Gini
specialised in hand knitted ladies' coats and jackets.
These were sold in up-market boutiques and stores
throughout Europe and Japan.
Recognising the growth in
popularity of simulated fur garments, Gini designed a
range of simulated fur coats, jackets and smaller pieces
such as waistcoats and body warmers. Gini's designs,
together with attention to detail and using only top
quality materials, ensured her collections were a
success with discerning customers looking for far better
than the mass produced products on the market. |

| The knitwear ranges were also very popular and Gini
was very successful in anticipating and adapting to
changing fashions, for example changing from elaborate to
simpler styles as demanded by the modern customer. |

| International Reputation |

Gini has exhibited at most of the leading
fashion centres around the world. These include Tokyo,
Milan, Paris, New York, Stockholm, London & Munich. The

Business Growth & Royal Visit |

Eventually the demand for simulated fur coats diminished due to
changes in fashion. Also with lifestyle changes including
transport, there became less of a need to wear coats protecting
against severe cold weather. |

| However Gini's business continued to grow
as she adapted and diversified. Demand for her high
quality and exclusive clothes from around the world resulted
in her Staines-based business providing employment for 35
staff. One of the highlights included a visit from Princess
Anne. |

The Weybridge Boutique |

| Gini now runs a highly successful boutique in Oatlands Village,
Weybridge Surrey.
It became clear that the demands of the larger
business, together with travel for international exhibitions did
not allow the time needed to bring up a young family and so
activities were scaled down. |
|
Gini specialises in designing unique and exclusive dresses for
special occasions. These include wedding dresses for the mother of
the bride, groom and other guests. Also distinctive evening
dresses and outfits for formal receptions and other important
occasions.
The boutique includes a selection of designer hats and
beautiful jewellery and accessories, to compliment your outfit or
as a perfect gift.
